How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping cart basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "
Calculate Shipping".  From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar. Not all shipping methods have tracking.
We strongly recommend express post for domestic orders and international express services and couriers as these shipping methods normally have tracking. For your protection, any order valued at $400 or more is sent via a trackable or registered method.

My order never arrived.
Please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page if your order has not been received within a time you deem to be reasonable.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page if your order is incomplete or incorrect.
MashMaster may, at its discretion, deliver the products by instalments. Where the products are delivered by instalments, each instalment shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate contract. MashMaster shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or undelivered products, any replacement will be at the discretion of MashMaster.

If you received incorrect items.
If due to an error on the part of MashMaster, you receive an incorrect product which does not match your order, you must contact MashMaster within 7 days of receipt. A replacement product will be sent after you return the incorrect product to MashMaster, provided that the returned product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.

When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be received within the time frame recommended on the product page of the item when it was purchased. If the item is later than expected, please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page.

How do I create an account?
In the righthand side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

On the edit page of your account, found via the "Members" box, there is a link called "Forgotten your password? Click here." This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.

How much does shipping cost?
First fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the right hand side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "
Calculate Shipping". From this page enter your post/zip code and country, and shipping costs will be calcuated for you.

We may unfortunately experience the occasional miscalculation with our automated shipping cost calculator. Please be assured that if there is any problem, we will immediately contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods were necessary.  We strongly recommend express post for domestic orders and international express services as these shipping methods have tracking.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to virtually any address in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is your responsibility to check import restricts for your country. Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always your responsibility. Goods exported from Australia are exempt from GST (Goods and Services Tax).  The 10% GST will be deducted from the total price during the checkout process.

What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.

Credit Card - VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express, and Diners Club. All credit card details are directly transacted using industry standard Secure Socket Layout (SSL) technology.
 
 
 
Direct Debit is an easy and secure method of payment for demonstic orders, either over counter or via your own internet banking facilities. However your order will not be processed until the funds are received by MashMaster.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. Each of these shipping options will have a recommended time frame for delivery displayed. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.
Subject to availability, MashMaster will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally by the next business day.  Any dates quoted by MashMaster for the delivery of the products are approximate only, and do not form part of the agreement. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, you should "contact usso that we may investigate the delay.

Pricing Policy
All product prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices displayed other currencies are a guide only. All charges are payable in Australian Dollars.  
MashMaster may refuse a transaction in the unlikely case that there is a pricing or calculation error and prices are not shown as correct. In the event of a pricing error MashMaster will notify you before an Order is delivered. You will be offered a choice between a full refund or a new price.

Our standard payment terms require payment in full at the time of order. Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed by MashMaster, payment for the products or services shall be made in full before physical dispatch or delivery of products or services

Goods exported from Australia are exempt from GST (Goods and Services Tax). The final price for goods exported from Austrlaia will exclusive of 10% GST. For international customers this amount will be deducted automatically through the final checkout process.

Refunds & Returns
Our returns policy is fair and reasonable, so you can shop with confidence.
We guarantee all MashMaster merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item from MashMaster, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. We will at our discretion send you a replacement, have the good repaired, or refund the purchase price. We do not accept returns if you have simply change your mind. You must notify Mashmaster of any damage caused in transit from MashMaster within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Unless defective and notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We cannot accept returns for yeast, hops, grain, bulk malt extract, or any items requiring refrigeration. If you would like to return an item, please email customer service with an explanation as to the return reason.  Customer service will email you back with details how to mail your product back for collection, refund or replacement.

MashMaster accepts no liability to any person or entity with respect to any inaccuracy, misleading information, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information contained on the site. The customer acknowledges and warrants that, they have relied on their own skills and judgment or that of professional advisers on the suitability of the materials or products for specific purposes and indemnifies MashMaster and its employees from and against any suit, claim, demand or compensation which the customer or others may have against MashMaster in relation to the materials or products provided to the customer and the customer's use of the products or materials. 
Procedure and the use of ingredients and equipment is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first.

All personal information provided to MashMaster by customers is confidential. We do use information such as e-mail and mailing addresses to send our customers updates on products, specials, and promotions.

Your Legal Rights.
Under Australian law, the Trade Practices Act and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider something you purchase from this site is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described. These rights are in addition to and not limited by the terms and conditions of our terms and conditions.

 
This warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing, usage, storage or installation not in accordance with product instructions by an unqualified installer, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other than MashMaster personnel or any person authorised by MashMaster, to adjust, repair or support the Products and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by MashMaster. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and you expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of that State. Purchasing or registering through MashMaster indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions. A reference MashMaster means MashMaster Proprietary Limited, ABN 32 120 878 202.
